Senior PM/Client Services Principle - eClinical software and services
Location: NJ/CA
My client is a leading developer of software solutions for the life sciences industry. They have a very strong existing client base (Global Pharma) and have consistently over-achieved targets. This is a stable leader in the industry with a proven track record and consistent growth yr over yr.

Description:
- Responsible for the delivery of all eClinical products & services
- Managing the overall relationship (grow companies penetration within the client via high customer satisfaction)
- Provides leadership & management for PM within each eClinical application to achieve project deliverables within budget, schedule & according to project specifications
- Active participation in professional services roundtables to develop services and engagement authorization process
- Accountable for all financial project tracking & control (resource utilization, time spent and monthly revenue recognition)
- Assuring adherence to all professional services SOP’s and work instructions regarding performance of all professional services team members
Requirements:
- Ability to manage multiple projects (maintenance of projects plans using commercial project management tools)
- Ability to translate often complex technical and/or requirement descriptions into language that can be understood by clients to aid in their decision making & understand of project functionality
- Experience implementing and delivering multiple eClinical solutions
- Subject Matter expert in Life Sciences
- 5+ years of project management experience
- Understanding of SDLC
- Experience managing budgets/timelines
- Must have leadership experience
Compensation:
100-130K plus bonus
