General Responsibilities: you will be responsible for eCommerce metric tracking and reporting, purchase behavior analysis and web site customer experience analysis. You will champion data driven insights on customer behavior, lifetime value and webstore asset persuasiveness measurement. will lead IS’s ecommerce optimization and innovation strategies across IS web properties. You are a strong performer with a proven record of relevant accomplishments that reflect a combination of knowledge, skills, and traits focused on web analytics, Search Engine Optimization / Search Engine Marketing (SEO/SEM), internet marketing, and the expertise to build revenue-driven world class eCommerce technology solutions. The successful candidate will partner with our Global CIO and IS leaders to drive site traffic and revenue by improving the company’s organic search rankings, developing results oriented metrics that enable continuous process improvement in this area.will have a strong background in web, web analytics and ecommerce technology implementations against industry standard eBusiness requirements. The successful individual will be a recognized leader within the corporation in the SEO realm, working with the IS - GTM Director to take company to the next level on ecommerce optimization and innovation. will also be responsible for developing an ecommerce optimization strategy and executing on tactical implementation plans to improve our web sites’ organic search results. Success in this position will require the ability to take initiative, meet conversion targets and help increase revenues across all IS websites. Responsibilities • Manage program of ongoing Web site e-commerce optimization strategies and improvements, partnering with marketing and sales teams to increase conversion and sales. • Show measurable improvements within 6 months of start date. • Analyze site user flows, product positioning and user experience research and partner with Web Analyst and marketing teams to test and improve site sales performance. • Improve SEO rankings so that IS ranks #1 or #2 on all critical search key works within 8 months of start date. • Play a significant role, working with the IS - GTM Director, to build out a firm wide cross functional team to deliver measureable SEO results. • Work with international partners on enhancing SEO and eCommerce strategies and tactics for global web sites. • Demonstrated, strong team building skills, with the ability to “coach” team members into becoming a high performing eCommerce Team • Cost-consciously manage vendor relationships for SEO and all other e-commerce initiatives. • Write and maintain firm-wide SEO best practices handbook. • Drive growth in a dynamic, fast paced, high growth organization Job Requirements Experience/Education • Bachelor’s degree; • 7 - 10 years technical leadership experience with eCommerce sites, managing search engine optimization efforts and driving revenue and cart optimization efforts. • Deep knowledge of SEO strategies, tactics, and best practices. • Strong background in leading e-commerce optimization projects with measurable improvements. • Deep, industry demonstrated comprehension with web metrics and web analytics, from a theory and best practice / application perspective. • High level technical understanding of web technologies. • Minimum 7 years e-commerce strategy, planning and execution experience, with demonstrated ability to build out strategic vision and then develop / execute against detailed work plans. • Strong financial and strategic planning skills along with a high level of understanding of Internet marketing and overall business development. • Strong relationship management skills and ability to work across different functional and internal stakeholder groups. • Ability to thrive in a fast-moving organizational environment. • High energy, team-oriented player able to maintain positive, can-do attitude. • Candidates will need to have strong technical capabilities specific to SAP, MDM, and other technology "nuances" specific to delivery of eBusiness capabilities.
