Executive Job Description	The Senior DBA will be possess the following: BEST INDUSTRY – Banking/Financial Services BEST DEPARTMENT – IT Qualifications Bachelors Degree is strongly preferred, but not required. 7+ years of proven SQL administration and programming experience in mid to large-scale development and support environments Experience with SQL Server 2000, 2005 and 2008 database mirroring, replication, and log shipping Experience with SQL Server clustering and with MS Reporting Server Experience with Performance monitoring and tuning Knowledge of ADO.NET, ADO, IIS, VBA, COM+, DCOM programming and web application programming Experience in developing and maintaining financial loan systems like LUCAS Previous and most recent knowledge and experience of the Asset Business Proven working knowledge of server hardware including RAID configurations, network configuration is required. Demonstrated knowledge of the Microsoft Windows Server 2003 and 2008 operating systems Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate through oral and written communication skills Ability to work independently is essential in this role. Candidates must be either current US Citizens or Green Card holders.
