Executive Job Description
The Senior Manager will be recognized as an expert in Business Process Management and Pega systems, demonstrating well established technical knowledge within the global insurance consulting and outsourcing organizations. The Senior Manager will be responsible for working with Insurance Account Teams to provide thought and execution leadership for development of specialized capabilities, services, offerings, and solutions within the business consulting organizations. The Senior Manager will stay current on state and national issues and regulations, industry activity and trends, and will provide insurance leadership updates and insights on impact to clients. The Senior Manager will also participate in industry trade groups, and will engage and provide strategic and operational advice to senior industry business and IT executives.

Successful candidates must have a minimum of 8-10 years of strategic experience within the global insurance consulting and outsourcing environments. A thorough understanding of the Business Process Management and Pega Systems is required. This will include a demonstrated working knowledge of the entire Business Process Management and Pega life cycles. Other skills/knowledge will include:

• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills, and the ability to effectively interact with ‘C’-level executives and business partners
• Advanced knowledge of insurance principles, practices and procedures
• Advanced analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects
• The ability to deal with ambiguous situations and issues
• Creativity in resolving unique and challenging business problems

An MBA is expected. The position is located in New York or Chicago
