They audit, certify and register products, facilitate good governance and awareness of compliance, ethics and policy issues and provide training and improvement solutions to help individuals and organizations succeed.
THE POSITION:
The Senior Vice President, Product Technology will have responsibility for the delivery of quality technology solutions to customers and the provision of exceptional customer solutions support. He or she will work closely with the business to define and execute the technology strategy, as part of and in line with the overall business strategy. The Senior VP, Product Technology will lead the technology team in the planning, development, integration and ongoing operations of customer facing technology. This includes a broad range of systems as well as the integration of acquired component technologies. The Senior Vice President, Product Technology will work closely with Product Management to define, extend and enhance solutions for the markets they serve. This is a product development/technology role, not a CIO position.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
8+ years experience in a technology leadership role managing remote distributed teams of developers and technologists, both internal and outsourced. He/she must have experience developing and implementing robust web based applications supporting millions of daily users. Software development and success integrating multiple platforms is a must. Experience implementing and delivering technology projects by leveraging agile development methodologies; including Scrum. A background in delivering/supporting eLearning technologies will be helpful to the final candidate.
