Executive Job Description | 1. 3 years of IT experience with at least 2 years in project management OR 3 years of project management experience OR PMP certification
2. 2+ years managing SAP ECC projects within the Finance modules spanning multiple implementations.
3. 5 + yrs experience/understanding SAP finance modules (AR,AP,GL,TAX, AA, MM, PS) and processes
4. Experience/understanding with reports, interfaces and workflow, conversions in SAP.
5. Experience/understanding of Solution Manager, BI, and PI.
6. SDLC methodology knowledge and experience
7. Strong People Skills and Proven Leadership
ADDITIONAL PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS

1. PMP certified.
2. Developing and maintaining process and procedural standards, organizational change management and use of methodologies
3. Technical writing
4. Working with team in matrix organization, demonstrated ability to work across multiple critical paths
5. Develop schedules in a collaborative environment to achieve goals and capabilities to resolve conflict
6. Knowledge in SAP technical and functional configurations, including optimization.
7. DB2 knowledge
8. Consistently demonstrates the ability to apply existing technologies to new projects relevant to their technical discipline
9. Demonstrate the ability to identify, analyze, and solve complex problems
