Here's a Snapshot of What You Will Be doing
You will become part of a world-class consulting practice with the capability of engaging on extremely large, complex, integrated, state-of-the art banking CRM solution projects.
This means that you will be leading teams on large projects where you will work closely with clients and technical leaders to translate your clients technical and business requirements into formal specifications and proposals that result in customer acceptance.
This includes taking responsibility for performance, cost, scope, schedule, quality, and overall revenue and profit objectives, and appropriate business measurements for the project/segment of the projects. You'll be working with your clients and the go-to-market teams to provide thought leadership in devising these state-of-the art banking CRM solutions for your clients.
Here's a summary of what you'll need to qualify for this outstanding career growth opportunity.
At least 3 years experience in managing at least 1 full life cycle CRM project in a banking environment At least 5 years experience in banking industry experience across one or more of the following sub-industry verticals: Retail, Credit Card, or Commercial/Wholesale At least 5 years experience in CRM experience with familiarity of one or more of the following CRM vendors: Siebel, Chordiant, Pegasystems, Kana, Custom Development At least 5 years experience in providing thought leadership based on knowledge and experience of CRM and FS Banking (retail, credit card, commercial wholesale industries) Readiness to travel up to 50%; travelling 3-4 days a week, home on weekends; live near any major US airport in the following cities: Atlanta, GA; Boston, MA; Charlotte, NC; Chicago, IL; Cincinnati, OH; Columbus, OH; Cleveland, OH; Detroit, MI; Hartford, CT; Miami, FL; New York City, NY and surrounding area; Philadelphia, PA; and Washington, DC.
