Executive Job Description	DUTIES: You will be responsible for: (1) Project managing critical information technology projects and initiatives; (2) Providing process management expertise in a state of the art, fast paced environment; (3) Making recommendations for enhancements to existing processes and methodologies; (4) Refining and facilitating requirements and prioritization processes; (5) Refining and facilitating organizational transparency and communication processes; (6) Creating and modifying systems and procedures to improve workflow and effectiveness; (7) Planning and execution management; (8) Facilitating planning, coordination and execution of project activities between cross functional departments and teams; (9) Providing background and analysis for the prioritization of new or proposed business initiatives; (10) Proactively communicating project status to all affected parties and stakeholders; (11) Managing a portfolio of projects and organizing projects based on functional and chronological dependencies; (12) Managing project team members and providing coaching and mentoring to project team members. REQUIRED: MUST have an undergraduate degree from a good school with an above average GPA. MUST have 5+ years of STRONG/CURRENT IT applications project management experience in a GLOBAL trading/investment or similar organization. MUST have STRONG experience managing timelines, milestones, and dealing with unexpected delays and issues in an unstructured, fast paced global environment, across multiple time zones. MUST have SUPERB requirements gathering, analytical, and troubleshooting skills. MUST have excellent communication (verbal and written), interpersonal, and organizational skills.
