Executive Job Description | DUTIES: You will be responsible for: (1) Providing human resources Subject Matter Expertise (SME) in designing, implementing, upgrading, and maintaining Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) ; (2) HRIS project management; (3) Performing business process design and designing core human resource process technology solutions; (4) Conducting end user and stake holder training; (5) Overseeing data and quality controls, and change management; (6) Supporting HRIS business and analytics, and creating and maintaining a human resource query library; (7) Implementing HRIS system administration processes and protocols; (8) Relationship building with the human resource business and stake holder community.
REQUIRED:
MUST have 5+ years CURRENT/STRONG HRIS/PeopleSoft HCM Project Management experience in a corporate setting as a corporate W2 employee (non-consultant).
MUST have 5+ years of HRIS with 5 years of STRONG/CURRENT PeopleSoft HCM Enterprise 9.x.
MUST have STRONG experience designing and implementing new Human Resources Information Systems with STRONG experience designing and implementing core HCM modules.
MUST come from an HRIS environment where is accustomed to wearing multiple hats in an HR/HCM stakeholder and end user facing capacity as the primary HRIS/HCM stake holder and end user interface.
MUST own all HRIS reporting and have strong experience supporting HRIS upgrades, patches, and testing .
MUST have EXCELLENT communication (verbal and written), interpersonal, and organizational skills.
