Executive Job Description | Position: Manager, Software products verification and validation
Salary range: 110k-150k+
Location: Iowa
Position Description:
This position is responsible for managing worldwide quality and process improvement, virtual verification (analysis, code reviews, design reviews, DFM, and DFMEAs), software testing (regression testing, bench testing, automated testing), field testing (customer test, field test), reliability engineering (warranty analysis, reliability prediction and tracking, process improvements) and product safety, homologation and standards.
This position will manage 100 individuals throughout North America, South America, Europe, and India. This position is responsible for these functions across multiple product lines within the Intelligent Solutions Group Division.
Qualifications
Education:
Undergraduate/Master's Degree in Computer/Electrical Engineering, or related field required. MBA desired.
Required Skills/Experiences
8-10 years experience with Software Development and Testing including virtual verification, software testing, reliability engineering and product safety, specifically in a manufacturing environment.
Experience in a leadership position within software development/testing.
Experience managing international teams.
Desired Skills/Experiences
Foreign Language capabilities.
