Executive Job Description | Company is located off rte 2 near Fitchburg.
Education: Four (4) year degree or equivalent experience
Experience 6 - 8 yrs
Minimum of 4-8 years progressive experience in Project Management implementing Information Technology Technical Infrastructure and Software applications solutions. Background in IT Technical Infrastructure and Architecture as well as IT Operations; 3+ years experience associated with Technical Infrastructure implementations and data center relocations. Background and working knowledge of the complexities and interactions across IT Technical Architecture and Infrastructure components and services. Demonstrated strong analytical, organizational and technical skills. Demonstrated expert level knowledge of MS Project. Demonstrated strong working knowledge of MS Office Applications; including Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Visio. Demonstrated strong leadership skills with an ability to drive to delivery without compromising requirements. Excellent written, verbal and presentation communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
PMI-PMP certification, Six Sigma certification(s), Agile Scrum Master certification. Knowledge of CMM and Six Sigma Methodologies and Standards, a plus. Experience with alternative lifecycle models; Spiral, Scrum, XP. Expert level knowledge HP Mercury ITG or CA-Niku Clarity.
Skills
Demonstrated high-level knowledge and proficiency in Project Management methodologies, Resource Management practices and Change Management techniques. Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills including ability to develop presentations and present to management Basic knowledge and understanding of business principles, practices and procedures Functional expertise and fundamental business knowledge to contribute to the strategic direction of the function and supported client group(s). May need to seek guidance on highly complex issues.
Salary is in the $100,000 range Client requires US Citizenship
