JOB DESCRIPTION Associate Directors are responsible for the lead role in maintaining primary contact with significant clients and for maintaining client satisfaction on all client work. In addition they are responsible for developing existing engagement opportunities, playing significant roles in developing new clients, and establishing relationships within the business community. Associate Directors maintain overall responsibility for the profitability of all client related work within their portfolio as well as managing the profitability of these portfolios.

REQUIRED INDUSTRY / TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS - Minimum 7 years consulting experience
- Focus within any of the following areas:
o ITBM: IT Strategy & Alignment; IT Process Improvement; IT Governance & Risk Management
o Security Management: Security Program Management; Data Security & Privacy Management; Identity & Access Management
o Application Management: Application Controls Effectiveness; End User Application Services; Portfolio, Program & Project Management
- Existing network of executive contacts within the Tampa or Orlando areas and / or across Florida
- Expert in Information Technology
PREFERRED INDUSTRY / TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS - Knowledge of COBIT, PCI, ITIL and ISO 27001/2 Regulations & Standards
EDUCATIONAL & PROFESSIONAL CREDENTIALS Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline (e.g. Accounting, MIS) required 9+ years in a related field, preferably in professional services and/or industry Professional Certification such as CISA, CISSP, CBCP, ITIL, ERP Certification, strongly preferred ABILITY TO TRAVEL- Minimum of 50% travel throughout the month required based on client requests/commitments
