Executive Job Description | As the lead of a newly assembled team within corporate finance, the financial IT implementation leader is responsible for the implementation of new set of financial consolidation and reporting tools. Will work with the controller’s group, business unit finance, and EIS resources on the global rollout of a new set of financial tools. Assumes leadership in developing processes and procedures to properly utilize the tools for the consolidation, external and management reporting, and planning and forecasting functions. Ensures consistency and standardization in the implementation of the tools and that data is sourced correctly from legacy financial systems. Responsible for the business functionality maintenance of the applications, including developing reports and providing support to business users. Provides timely project updates to the implementation lead and project management. WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED • BS in Accounting, Finance or related technical discipline • 6+ years strong financial accounting and reporting experience required. IFRS, intercompany, and consolidation experience is a plus. • Knowledge of the various financial processes, policies and procedures employed, GAAP, and external reporting requirements. • CPA/Public accounting experience is strongly preferred • Experience with financial consolidation and reporting tools (SAP BW, Hyperion, etc.) • Demonstrated leadership abilities both in managing project teams or supervising direct reports • Demonstrated experience in managing organizational change, e.g. process and procedure development; organizational impact and communications.
• Willingness to travel (50-75% of time, including internationally)
