Executive Job Description	Director of E-Commerce Web Development - $120-150K - Consumer Products - BS Computer Science/Information Technology - 5yrs experience in web development with supervisory skills. Expert in Microsoft Office Software and Adobe software (Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc) collecting website statistical data, analyzing and reacting accordingly to increase conversion with online leads and shoppers. Job Duties: Supervise department with the goal of increasing the ROI of client web presence employing SEO techniques and formal analytical metrics in the design and construction of web pages with conversion in mind. Develop applications to expand segmentation of existing database of customer and work to increase overall customer opt-in database. Continually monitor the competitiveness of pricing and offers. Implement new online marketing medium. Analyze results of in-house email campaigns and creating tests to increase open and click through rates , pay per Click experience. Experience with e-mail newsletter creation and deployment. Experience with social media and viral advertising. Experience creating websites from scratch with or without the use of Dreamweaver. Strong background HTML, PHP & CSS and expertise in Search engine optimization for e-Commerce. Drupal and Flash experience.
