Executive Job Description	DUTIES: You will be responsible for: (1) FSLC development of complex and mission critical SOA web based solutions; (2) Enhancing existing applications and troubleshooting through resolution of technical issues and problems; (3) Learning new and emerging technology in this cutting edge and consistently updated technical environment; (4) Assisting less technical staff with improving their knowledge and filling their knowledge gaps. REQUIRED: 2 years of SOLID and CURRENT CORE Java FSLC (system analysis, design, development, implementation, documentation, and testing) development with STRONG/CURRENT Oracle and SQL to include complex multi-table structures, and being able to performance tune queries to run efficiently. MUST have mastered object oriented concepts, be proficient in writing optimized SQL, and have STRONG JDBC developer skills to develop and maintain batch processes. Development MUST be in a LINUX environment. Personality traits: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with excellent end user ability. Self motivated with ability and desire to take the ball and run with it when necessary. Pluses: Open source libraries (i.e. Log4j, JUnit, Ant, UC4 and Apache Commons); Maven; Bamboo; Spring; DB2; Struts; Clearcase; Syncsort; DMEExpress.
