Executive Job Description	Currently working with a Southern New Hampshire based company that is looking for a CTO in the Global Industrial Manufacturing arena. As a member of the executive committee, you will help in guiding the direction of the company. You will make board recommendations on new developments and research directions, and R&D projects. Continue to address sustaining issues with current production. Direct the efforts of the development teams, Engineering, R&D, and Research Scientists. Be the sponsor of training programs on an international scale. A strong knowledge of high heat and high voltage is required. A strong global market background is required. An Engineering degree is required with an advanced degree preferred. Chemical background/experience preferred. Ceramics exposure is helpful. Must have experience as a CTO (or consulting at the CTO level) for the last 7 years. There is international travel (as well as domestic) required for this role. Travel is up to 30%.
