Strong record of success in managing robust IT service oriented architectures (SOA) and infrastructures. Proven ability to bring the benefits of IT to solve business issues while delivering applications, infrastructure, costs and risks. Provide strategic direction to senior leadership on technology. Lead projects for applications delivery to improve the delivery of care in large health care organizations. Overall Program Manager for multi-level projects to deliver new clinical information systems projects on time and in budget. Manage multi-million dollar budgets. Strong leadership, relationship building, problem-solving, planning, team-building, defining roles and responsibilities and program/project management skills. Positive can-do nature.
