Here's a Snapshot of What You Will Be doing In this exciting and challenging Architect role, you'll be operating within a complex and integrated environment tasked with responsibility for direction and definition of approach for multiple projects, understanding client needs and shaping clients views on project deliverables. This includes responsibility for client relationship management and for ensuring delivery of results requiring teamwork between practitioners, client resources, and third party independent software vendors (ISVs).
You'll be designing applications required to automate business processes and meet business needs. Your resulting design may run on multiple platforms and may likely be composed of multiple software packages and custom components.
You will be utilizing best practices in the critical evaluation and selection and/or development of the software components and hardware requirements of the applications and data, and the development of the application, including evaluation and selection of development methods, development processes, best practices and tools.
The CRM Application Architect role is responsible for applications-related quality, performance, availability, scalability, and integrity. They are also responsible for the functional interface to applications and for ensuring application usability
Here's a summary of what you'll need to qualify for this outstanding career growth opportunity. At least 5 years experience in directing, defining, and executing technical architecture and deliverables of CRM enabled solutions At least 3 years experience in financial services, preferably at large sized firm(s) (banking, capital markets and/or insurance specific industry) At least 5 years experience in CRM; with familiarity of one or more of the following CRM vendors: Pega, Chordiant, SFDC, Oracle or another unlisted customizable vendor CRM product At least 5 years experience in providing project leadership based on knowledge of and experience in CRM and financial services At least 4 years experience in multi-channel CRM At least 3 years experience in management consulting with a major consultancy firm (Big 4 or recognized boutique firm) and experience in consulting methodologies and project management (utilizing a formal/structured consulting methodology) Prefer some experience in support of business development activities; involvement helping or direct selling of strategic solutions to large-scale financial service clients Readiness to travel up to 50%; travelling 3-4 days a week, home on weekends; live near any major US airport in the following cities: Atlanta, GA; Boston, MA; Charlotte, NC; Chicago, IL; Cincinnati, OH; Columbus, OH; Cleveland, OH; Dallas, TX; Denver, CO; Detroit, MI; Hartford, CT; Houston, TX; Kansas City, MO; Los Angeles, CA; Miami, FL; Minneapolis, MN; New York City, NY and surrounding areas; Philadelphia, PA; San Francisco, CA; Tulsa, OK; and Washington, DC.
