Executive Job Description	** A VALID WORK PERMIT FOR CANADA IS REQUIRED. ** Our client is the developer of a leading, fully-integrated retail management system. Due to growth, our client is currently seeking a dynamic, motivated Business Analyst for a permanent opportunity within the Professional Services Team. Responsibilities: • Play an active role in new client implementations • Be the focal point between the client, the developers, the sales and management • Handle multiple client requests • Manage testing, documentation and delivery of all new system functionality and enhancements • Work directly with clients to maximize their usage of the system • Train client personnel on system functionality • Responsible to create and update a project plan, monitor daily project progress, follow-up with client on tasks, internal resource management during project, make decision that will not affect the scope, schedule and cost of the project and propose solution options Required Skills: • In-depth knowledge of retail business processes. • 5+ years experience with retail systems. • Proactive. • Client focus with business always in mind. • Capable to work under pressure • Open to learn new concepts, tools and technologies. • Creative problem-solving skills. • Focus on continuous improvement • Team worker • Good communication skills (spoken and written) • Capable to multitask • Autonomous Assets: • Experience with ERP systems.
