Executive Job Description | SAP Analyst 2
The position requires the ability to function as an SAP MM/PP/MRP team lead and subject matter expert on multiple implementations/projects in SAP R/3 with an in depth understanding of the integration points between SAP MM/PP/MRP and Sales and Distribution (SD), FICO and WM. A successful candidate should have 5-10 years of hands on SAP MM/PP/MRP configuration experience including (but not limited to) order types, costing, ATP, Planned Independent Requirements, sub-contracting, purchase requisitions and orders, info records, forecasting, batch management, contracts, RFQ, transportation, intercompany transactions, inventory management, unit of measure, vendor master, customer master and vendor collaboration (SNC).
The position requires solid knowledge of industry best practices and practical experience gained from all phases of a full system life cycle implementation in SAP (blueprinting, gap analysis, system design, configuration, testing, training, and go-live support). A successful candidate should be skilled in writing functional specifications, leading design sessions with the business personnel, mentoring lesser experienced team members, high level of communication skills including exceptional presentation skills, and the ability to write complex documents that are concise and understood by multiple levels of the organization (Business and IT).
