Executive Job Description | This company provides Asset Integrity, Health, Safety and Environment (HSE), Quality Assurance, Quality Control and Engineering services to a number of leading national and multinational oil and gas companies, including BP, Shell, ExxonMobil, ADNOC, PETRONAS, PetroBras, ONGC, and Chevron.
Will provide Sales and Marketing leadership across all product lines including evaluating market opportunities, developing strategies, determining new target clients and expanding current client relationships. Will evaluate the sales staff, set performance goals, monitor performance and take corrective action when needed. Will establish a cross-training plan and develop a range of presentations showcase the services of the company. Will plan and execute sales calls, monitor all internet inquiries, and develop a reporting system to fully utilize the CRM Systems in place. Will coordinate the sales operations with the other Division and Department heads and assist them in annual business plans, revenue goals and forecasts. Will design and develop marketing plans and materials for conferences and exhibition booths. Will select, develop and purchase brochures, business cards, advertisements, posters, and promotional items.
Must have a four year degree and an MBA. Must have a minimum of ten years of direct experience leading and managing business development and sales teams. Must have five years of experience developing marketing and communications materials. Must have international experience, as well as North and South America. Must have ten to fifteen years of Oil and Gas industry experience and prefer that experience be in one or more of the following: asset integrity management, Manpower / Recruitment, QA, QHS&E, 3rd Party Inspection Services, Certifications, NDT, etc.
