QUALIFICATIONS: Must be US Citizen or Authorized to Work in the United States Green Card / Work Visa The Ideal Candidate 10+ to 15 years of experience Management Experience Required - Yes Minimum Education - Bachelor's Degree At least 10 years of combined work experience in Sales, Sales Operations, Sales Management (advancing to senior management positions) or equivalent with significant exposure to executive leadership Experience negotiating complex contracts with large strategic accounts Experience developing business plans, proposals for investment, and coverage models, with deep knowledge of how large enterprises in various industries and regions buy software In-depth understanding of forecasts, and an ability to read weakness or upside from a quantitative standpoint and from an understanding of deal maturation Strong understanding market segmentation, and a demonstrated ability to prioritize investment by segment by employing ROI, opportunity cost, and long term strategic priorities as parameters Assertiveness, directness, and a "company first" mentality MBA strongly preferred Strong management, team building, and communication/presentation skills Excellent executive presence and an ability to quickly establish credibility with senior leadership Creativity in developing actionable analysis and strategy Ability to succeed in a collaborative, start-up-paced environment Proficiency leveraging salesforce.com CRM across the sales organizations is required
CAREER OPPORTUNITY: Looking for an experienced software VP Sales to develop and drive the sales team and process for software-as-a-service user management platform.
