Executive Job Description | Requirements
1. Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, or related area
2. Minimum 8 - 12 years experience in business development, financial services products or relationship selling
3. 5+ years experience in managing National or Regional Sales team
4. Demonstrated track record in strategic planning
5. Proven experience in developing and managing new partnerships
6. Military experience preferred
7. Familiar with a variety of Sales concepts, practices, tools and procedures
8. Technical skills to include Microsoft Office with emphasis in Excel, Word and PowerPoint, use of Blackberry, laptop, crystal reports a plus, experience in using and managing through CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce.com)
9. Excellent Oral and Written communication skills
10. Relationship building and promotional skills
11. Demonstrate comfort level while interacting with Executive Management and Corporate
12. Based in Kentucky, Texas, or Georgia
