Executive Job Description	VP of Healthcare Asset Management will be responsilbe for redeployment of end of lease assets of diagnostic and imaging company owned/manufactured healthcare equipment. Job supervises two positions ( Portfolio Annalysts) managing assets at a lower responsibility. Job is to assess and manage portfolio risk and be a "Portfolio Program Manager" to redeploy highly valued diagnostic assets to new customers by analytical assessment of roll-over possibilites to new customers or aiding existing customers. Candidates must have strong marketing, analytical and sales skills plus ability to work on Business Plans to show Sales Force how much possibilities exist in the retained healtchare assets from the owned portfolio. Job is to develop programs to redeploy assets to existing and new customers in conjuction with the Sales Force. Job works closely with Business Planning, Accounting/Controllership. Portfolio Risk Analysis is part of the job This job reports to the Head of Corporate Asset Management. Requires BS degree and MBA desirable with 10-15 years work experience in healtcare, equipment finance and or commercial banking/ lending. Previous equipment leasing work skills are desired as well as a thorough background in diagnostic/ imaging healthcare hardware. Job location is in the Philadelphia suburbs. Relocation expenses are possi ble. Compensation is in the $130,000 base range and annual bonus to 30% is designated.
