Responsibilities: Manage, coach and grow the Sales Department Participate in the business planning/budgeting processes providing projections for sales activities and business growth Report to senior management on customer requirements/trends and help guide organization to improve overall process and market competitiveness Research and identify new profitable target markets, customers and product lines Develop strong relationships at key accounts to preserve/improve the company's position and ensure total customer satisfaction Effectively interact with other Department Mangers to ensure the maximization of Sales activities Develop and improve launch plans, field sales promotional materials, advertising, and Sales training
