Executive Job Description | Senior Associate/Associate Director-Capital Markets
Major Accountabilities: " Execute transactions involving key clients. " Develop and maintain internal/external client relationships " Increase the distribution of rates product to the client base. " Work with the global Rates Trading Team, Strategists and Economists to help provide a seamless customer experience. " Maintain and adhere to credit limits
Key Business Relationships/Interactions: " Head of Northern Hemisphere Capital Markets Rates Sales " Head of Capital Markets Northern Hemisphere " Capital Markets Credit Sales and Trading " Relationship Management Teams " Customers / Clients. " Credit Sales " FX Sales. KPIs " Profit & Loss Reports - New York Rates Sales Revenue " Profit & Loss Reports - Northern Hemisphere Capital Markets Rates Revenue " Client feedback " No breaches to WIB and FM policies Required Competencies and Values:
