Executive Job Description	Job Description Knowledge and Experience Required for Sale Manager: Location: Ann Arbor, MI Salary: 85,000 Ten years of progressive and successful sales experience in managing field sales staff, with a thorough knowledge of the grocery industry. Four-year degree Excellent communication and organizational skills. Excellent computer skills -Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email. Nature and Scope: The individual will have management duties for the retail sales team that includes RBM's with the objective of maintaining close business relationships with our customers and managing our broker network.
