Description The Vertical Market Manager will grow sales of West Control Solutions Temperature Control and Recorder products by building relationships with strategic OEMs within the Food & Beverage industry in North America. Primary Responsibilities:
* Grow sales to Food & Beverage markets. * Develop relationships and sales programs to drive short and long term sales. * Provide proactive VOC and direction so that winning products are developed for the target market. Will work closely with global engineering for customizations and product deviations * Leverage and work with other internal functional teams to capture opportunities within target market * Report and document progress based on the salesman standard work procedures established
Travel: 50%+ Travel to customer locations. Position can be located anywhere with the United States as long as near a major airport.
Qualifications · A bachelors degree, Preferably in Electrical Engineering, Process Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering
· 5 or more years of previous sales and/or technical experience within the Process Controls/Automation, Factory Automation, or other related technology field.
