Senior Sales Executive Position Overview:
Our Senior Sales Executives are rewarded on their performance ability and value added in: * Senior Client Relationship Development - providing solution/services portfolio expertise to the client through our offering of full value technology solutions.
* Proactively seeking to understand the client's issue /opportunity while consistently communicating in a compelling fashion the appropriate solutions and value add propositions needed to satisfy client business operating needs.
* Both leading and/or working in tandem as needed with our other service focused Sales Executives where necessary.
* Collaboratively developing and participating in the development of Client Account Strategies and creation of Client Business Plan(s).
* Consistently delivering results on a quarterly business cycle and by being ahead of federal funding cycles and targeted procurements.
* Operating on a trajectory that will grow business volume that supports addition of ‘new’ team members.
Desired Skills & Experience:
* 5+ years of track record of selling and winning new business in federal space, and creating high value, complex deals within their assigned account(s) is mandatory.
* Established contacts and relationships in assigned account(s) at the CXO level are mandatory.
* Strong industry expertise, required technical skills and a thorough knowledge of the federal marketplace, competition and suppliers in order to be able to leverage the Unisys value proposition
* Understands business drivers within the industry and emerging trends in the marketplace.
*4 year college degree
