Executive Job Description	The Regional Sales Manager reports directly to the VP Marketing.  The sales manager will develop a list of target accounts that utilizes existing industry whenever possible. The responsibilities of this position will expand in conjunction with the growth in US sales. Responsibilities: *           Develop a list of  target accounts, utilizing existing industry contacts whenever possible *           Establish contacts with decision makers based on prior identification of customer needs, policies and plans *           Prepare and conduct customer specific presentations in cooperation with other staff *           Manage Retail Broker network *           Recruit and cooperate with workers *           Interface with customer service and support staff *           Overall, aggressively seek out and close new business opportunities for the company with large retail chains nationwide *           Interface with Institutional customers as necessary to build the business *           Develop and maintain an ongoing forecast of activity for each of the accounts in the territory *           Participate in key Trade Shows for the Private Label Industry *           Provide market intelligence information on activities of competitors and target customers as collected from industry contacts including: o          Competitive Pricing o          Projected Sales volume of target accounts o          Market Intelligence on new product launches Requirements of the position: *           A minimum of 5 years experience in a sales position with a manufacturer of relevant private label products such as wet wipes, diapers, toiletries, bath tissue, personal care/hygiene products or cosmetics *           Strong background in private label sales *           Wide range of contacts with decision makers at drug stores, supermarkets, warehouse clubs and mass market chains *           Ability to prepare and present customer oriented presentations and proposals to all levels of retail chain management *           Good understanding of non-woven consumer products. *           Background working in a multi-national company or environment would be a plus *           Willingness to travel in the US and internationally as needed (40-50\%) Educational requirements: *           College Degree Required
