Looking for a Regional Sales Manager who can build a sales team today has the personality, drive and smarts to run P&L for one of our regions in the next 3 yrs
Directly supervises fie to ten employees in the sales organization, carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies.
Plans and directs sales activities for individual operating regions, increases business volume of the organization's services and products and directs activities of sales personnel
Researches, analyzes, and monitors financial, technological, and demographic factors to capitalize on market opportunities and minimize effects of competitive activities.
Product and servicing pricing for Oil Recycling, Antifreeze, Industrial Services and parts cleaner business lines.
Establishes and implements strategic sales plans to achieve corporate objectives for growing and maintaining environmental service business lines.
Manage cost, Monitors sales personnel expenses, Monitors competitive products and services.
Hiring Mgr wants candidates to be from the industrial service industry, uniforms, safety supply services etc Need be be a Rock Star

Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in related field. MBA a Plus
Minimum of 2 yrs of relevant Management experience
Excellent communications (written, verbal and oral) skills
Strong computer skills
Detail oriented and thorough
Able to manage projects effectively
Must have Industrial Sales Management background uniforms, safety supply services etc
Must be a Rock Star
Travel 60% Road Warrior
