In this vitally important role, you will be in charge of setting up a new crane rental division in the heavy equipment industry. You will be responsible for everything from hiring staff to managing operations. You are also adept at building strong customer relationships by talking to them about their challenges, recommending solutions, and earning their trust. This provides you with the ability to establish KPI’s for delivering exceptional customer service. Financial acumen will allow you to manage the annual operating budget, and implement cost-effective initiatives. You will excel at developing customer relationships and will be responsible to develop and implement sales and marketing strategy that drives growth and increased market share. An astute observer of trends, you have the foresight to anticipate changing market conditions and make adjustments when necessary to maintain profitability. Additionally, you are a champion of operational excellence who continually searches for ways to improve performance and reduce costs.
