Executive Job Description	Candidate could live in St. Louis,Chicago,Indianapolis. Other midwest locations considered. POSITION SUMMARY Work with assigned payors to develop Company-Health Plan partnerships, enhance, improve service, and maintain contracts for Company products and services. Target assigned payors, with a focus on enhancing revenue by expanding new services and increasing penetration within Company customers. Position company with health plan senior management as a specialty maternal/newborn organization offering a continuum of care in the maternity segment and close deals for Company to provide such services. Coordinate with available resources in the development of creative contracting strategies and services, healthcare industry developments, health plan risk contract models and competitor's services to promote sales opportunities. This position is responsible for managing and growing an average base of $14M in home health care sales. In addition, it is expected that the Regional Managed Care Director will close maternity management (DM) deals valued at $200K - $5M. EXPERIENCE ➢ Three (3) to five (5) years’ successful sales experience selling to managed care organizations at all levels including the C-suite (CMO, CFO, CEO). ➢ Must have a track record of demonstrated sales achievements and verifiable results calling on health plans. ➢ Maternal/newborn specialty and or home healthcare experience highly desirable. ➢ Knowledge of, and experience with, payors in the marketplace is required.
