Executive Job Description | Regional Sales Manager DC Power/Wireless Industry Salary $85k-$100k plus commission ($150k) Dallas, TX

RESPONSIBILITIES: The Regional Sales manager is responsible for identifying new DC Power business in the wireless industry, in the region assigned by the President of Sales and Marketing. In this position the Regional Sales Manager will develop and maintain relationships with customers in the region, ensuring constant communication with the customers to expedite quick turn-around on quotes. This role also has a strong customer service component ensuring the complete satisfaction of the customers. The Regional Sales Manager will also team with the operations group, and others within company with regards to quotes, customer satisfaction, and, individual job status. Further development in the sales area as defined by the President, Sales and Marketing. JOB DUTIES: Identify and develop new business within the region Focus on major market customer additions within the region Create diversity among our customer base Travel throughout assigned territory for relationship building and maintenance with all customers in the region Develop and create quotes for bids to customers Prepare reports of business transactions and keep expense accounts Work with inside sales representatives to keep account activities up to date Ensure customer satisfaction at all times via constant communication with customers Develop and maintain relationships with operations, documentation, and finance to ensure customer satisfaction and profitability is achieved Provide customer service with feedback to the operations group and others within company Ensure to the extent possible all projects are profitable Promote company through activities, (trade shows, conferences, meetings) as directed by the President, Sales and Marketing
Qualifications: - Quick Summary Minimum 5 to 7 years experience in outside sales in the wireless industry, prior DC Power sales experience a plus Bachelors degree from a four-year college or university; or four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must have proven sales bid to close ratios Strong interpersonal and communication skills Strong Computer skills Microsoft Office products Strong background in customer service and solution selling Professional demeanor Valid Drivers License with good driving record Ability to travel frequently (at least 80% of time)

Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Ability: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Math Ability: Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
Reasoning Ability: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite word processing and spreadsheet software.
