This is a feeder role leading to an esteemed Top Senior Management Role within the organization where the sky is the limit!!! Job Description The Trade Marketing Team Leader Team of 5-7. Key Initiatives: •Responsible for creating tactical strategies and adapting the brand plan to national and regional accounts. • Direct the development of effective trade programs that drive customer profitability and consumer demand. •Develop and maintain strong business relations with at top tier customers (ie: Walmart, Target, CVS, Kroger , Safeway etc) •Develop category management process and advance the analytical capabilities of the sales organization. •Assists in the development of the annual trade budget, Targets and Account Plans REQUIREMENTS 4 Year Bachelors Degree •8-10 years Consumer Health (OTC)Products Industry experience in sales management and trade marketing or customer marketing in Consumer Health/Personal Care . (Must be at the Team leader or above level to qualify)PRODUCTS SOLD IN F/D/M CHANNELS •Deep understanding of key customers in all CPG Channels •"Board room Ready" Interaction with Senior Management with Company & Customers •Expert with IRI or AC Nielsen data. •Proven success in managing large scale projects and extensive experience working with senior level management. •Must lead and direct all co-marketing initiatives with key customers. •Record of success and stability (more than 2 companies in a 5 year period need not apply)
