Executive Job Description	New Product Development Market Manager (Manufacturing field) This position is responsible for directing and coordinating the sales and marketing for new product development. Candidate should have experience in the area of manufacturing. Packaging a plus! TRAVEL: 50% COMPENSATION: $80K - $100K base plus bonus to 20%. Excellent Benefit Package! Duties: * Work with Manager to develop and execute plan for New Business Development * Coordinate marketing activities related to New Business Development growth platforms * Make initial approach / sales calls on New Business Development prospects * Plan and oversee production of new products * Work closely with Controller to determine profitability of new products * Prepare monthly report as well as informal updates * Develop Go / No Go screening process for new product ideas Qualifications: 1. Proven Performer with a minimum of 5 years sales & marketing business development experience 2. Understanding of basic manufacturing principles 3. Bachelor’s degree / MBA preferred 4. Excellent written and verbal communications skills 5. Excellent computer skills and knowledge of general business principles 6. Excellent presentation skills 7. Willingness to travel – approximately 50% 8. Ability to manage multiple projects 9. Team player / Leader
