Executive Job Description	Advantage Partners, Inc. is a retained search firm with a national practice. Our client is the domestic subsidiary of a privately-held $1 billion international engineered solutions firm with a long tradition of continuous innovation. The National Sales Leader will report to the President and assume overall responsibility for a team of Chicago-based company sales engineers and a national network of independent manufacturers representative organizations. With a strong backlog and several exciting new products in development, the key challenge is to develop the infrastructure and build the team necessary for creating a high performance, metrics driven sales organization capable of delivering ongoing diversified growth. Our client is a well respected environmental engineering technology firm with acknowledged leadership in emerging renewable energy applications. Recently, the company has emerged within the global organization as the strategic thought leader and incubator for new policies and practices driving the shift to a dynamic, high performance culture. Interested candidates should have a Bachelor Degree with a proven track record of increasing sales and profitability in long sales cycle, B2B, capital equipment/industrial markets.
