Executive Job Description | Medical products manufacturer, based in Dallas, TX, that specializes in small bone
surgical devices and implants is looking to hire a National Sales Director. Will be based
in Dallas, at corporate headquarters. Company will offer relocation benefits for the
perfect candidate. Otherwise prefers local candidates as a first choice. This person will
be responsible for the job performance of eight (8) Regional Sales Directors and 93
company employed direct sales reps. These reps. will be calling on small bone orthopedic
surgeons in every market in the U.S. Looking for candidates who have already managed the work of Divisional/District/Regional Sales Directors. Looking for candidates with
10 years of combined sales and sales management in the orthopedic device sales arena.
Those with small bone orthopedic implants sales experience will be given first look.
Those with any orthopedic device/implants sales and sales mgt. experience will be given
second look. Third look will be given to any medical device sales and sales management
backgrounds. |
