Executive Job Description	MARKET MANAGER Need individual to lead sales and marketing functions of products sold through a channel of independent distributors. This position requires approximately 50% travel TRAVEL: 50% COMPENSATION: $80K - $100K base plus bonus to 20%. Excellent Benefit Package! Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: * Maintain and grow market presence in existing channels as well as pursue new channels for growth * Develop and implement programs with channel partners to differentiate products, create a competitive advantage and drive growth * Understand strategy of top distributors and align strategies accordingly * Actively participate in the New Product development process by providing input on customer’s needs * Oversee all terms, conditions, and pricing for the commercial market * Partner with Customer Service Manager to maximize value from customer service team Qualifications include: 1. A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration. Graduate level degree preferred 2. 7 – 10 years of progressive Sales / Marketing experience 3. High energy – ability to perform in fast paced environment 4. A demonstrated track record of performance 5. Exceptional business acumen and analytical aptitude 6. Strong verbal and written communication skills and solid computer proficiency 7. Team player 8. Success driven individual with a strong interest in progressing beyond the next level
