Executive Job Description | In this high profile and challenging role, you will be responsible for both the strategy and the development of our Financial Services sales in Chicago.
You will be charged with developing and expanding sales operations in this field, planning, forecasting and executing all sales activities. You will be responsible for developing account relationships with the key people within the potential client organizations by providing high level product information and explanations to successfully address the client’s needs.
Responsible for achieving assigned sales quotas together with customer goals.
Developing business and developing proposals for presentation to customers, coordinating account resources with representatives from marketing, pre-sales engineering, and development.
Candidate Requirements:
- 10+ years "current" experience in sales in Chicago area with a sales track record with networking business focused on Financial Market customers such as Investment Banks, Stockbrokers, Hedge Funds. An understanding of the business issues of the Financial Services market is a must.
- Strong motivation for sales; aggressive and diligent attitude in reaching sales objective; ability to develop marketing plans, market knowledge and understanding the customer’ needs. Focus will be on closing skills and meeting sales goals
- Self-starter who is able to successfully work both independently and as part of a team
- Highly driven and trustworthy with high empathy.
- Excellent written and oral communications skills,
- Highly energetic personality who enjoys working in a growing team atmosphere. A good attitude towards working in a highly dynamic work environment
