Executive Job Description | Our client, a global manufacturer of industrial products, seeks a Division Sales Manager to be responsible for its Midwest Division.
Responsibilities of this position include supervising 8-10 direct company salesmen who call on both major distributors as well as municipalities.
The successful candidate will have:
-A history of increasing sales results
-Strong experience supervising a direct sales force and improving their
performance thru training, coaching, etc.
-Experience with products sold through distribution
-A strong drive and energy to succeed
You can be based anywhere within the Midwest geography. Degree required. Compensation to $125K plus incentive (30%)
