Executive Job Description | Director of Operations National Autistic Services provider opening up operations in San Diego- Base is 90-95 with 20%-25% commission bonus potential. MBA with 2 years experience or BA in business, public administration, or social work with 3 years experience overseeing business operations of a local or regional office Regional Center knowledge or experience Sales experience Excellent customer service skills Able to generate new client relationships Maintain current client satisfaction A great team player Public speaking skills
Financial Maintain profitable operations Manage Budget to Variance Call Regional Center Accounting departments to collect on outstanding invoices Bill for case management hours worked Monitors operational expenses to comply with established percentage to revenue limits Experience creating and analyzing financial reports, spreadsheets and metrics.
Sales and Marketing Develop the pipelines for all verticals (Regional Centers, Private, School Districts & Health Plans) Develop and maintain relationships within the community Attend the Regional Center SPAC meetings Participate in LAs health care, case management and vendor fairs
Operations Adheres to and implements all company policies and procedures Takes appropriate action to ensure that the company complies with applicable laws and regulations Solve business customer problems as part of sales process and relationship deepening Interviews and hires staff as needed and approved by senior management with emphasis on recruiting best-qualified candidates Maintains and updates all manuals necessary for company operations and establishes process to evaluate companys compliance with applicable policies and procedures General office management and maintenance Manage case management Create new client profiles in ACT and NPA Works and attach relevant documents Create and maintain both the digital and the paper records of clients reports Assign Functional Behavior Assessments to Clinical Supervisors Manage Supervision Hours used to maximize revenue and avoid un-billable hours being worked Manage FBA hours used between case management department and Clinical Department to maximize revenue and avoid un-billable hours Complete FBAs within 45 days for receiving authorization Complete Progress Reports within 30 days of expiration Conduct client intake and assessments Management of all workers compensations claims from the investigation to the closing of the claim by partnering with Human Resources Personnel Experience evaluating and building high performing teams. Coordinate the training of Clinical Director, Clinical Supervisors and Behavior Therapists with the Corporate Clinical Director Supervision of office staff including but not limited to counseling, performance evaluations, conflict resolution, corrective action and termination Assists in maintaining policies and procedures in an updated status, reflective of ongoing operations, and ensure compliance requirements are adhered to by branch staff.
