Executive Job Description | Our client is an established Fund of Hedge Funds firm based in New York. They are currently seeking a Consultant Relations Associate with an understanding of alternative investments and experience working with institutional investors and their consultants.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure that all consultant needs are met in a timely fashion
• Track new business opportunities and manage pipeline reporting for the consultant relations team
• Answer and edit RFP’s, RFI’s and DDQ’s
• Create customized research and portfolio analysis reports for clients and consultants as needed
• Update and maintain consultant and third party databases
• Conduct competitive analysis and research using external databases
Background Requirements:
• Strong knowledge of alternative investments and particularly Hedge Funds, Fund of Funds
• Prior experience working with institutional investors and their consultants
• Keen attention to detail with strong presentation and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience at a consulting firm is a big plus
• BA/BS required
