Executive Job Description	Commercial Lines Insurance Producers. Tucson / Phoenix, Arizona. This Tucson client has been doing business for almost 30 years. 50% of their commercial business is general in nature. 50% is nationwide program business. Account sizes are $10k and larger. They’re asking for 3+ years of experience writing in excess of $500k (premiums) annually. They will buy your book, or if one is not available for purchase, give you a book to get you started. If you are currently in Phoenix and have a book but would like to be in Tucson, a purchase can also be worked out. For accounts over $50k in premium you will be paid 55% new business commissions and 30% renewal and a retention bonus. For accounts smaller than $50k, the commission schedule decreases a bit. The client pays 75% of your health/dental premium and 50% for your dependants. They also have a 3% matching IRA. Come join a very friendly and winning team! Salary is open.
