Executive Job Description
SRA is searching for experienced Business Developers with the drive and connections to exponentially grow our existing footprints within several Federal agencies. This is an excellent opportunity for an entrepreneurial and success oriented individual to leverage SRA’s experience and reputation to solve some of the government’s most dynamic new IT challenges.

As an ideal candidate for this role, you must be a self-starter who can cite a history of competitive wins on key programs in the Federal sector as well as possess a demonstrated track record of success leading new large-scale business initiatives within the relevant domain. While you will be expected to have established relationships and credibility with key government decision makers, you must also have the knowledge and experience to lead the company through the entire capture/sales process.
Experience selling IT Services to one or more of the following agencies is strongly desired:
• Veteran’s Affairs (VA)
• Military Health System (MHS)
• Department of Energy (DOE)
• Environmental Protection Agency (EPA)
• Department of Transportation (DOT)
• Department of Commerce (DOC)
• Department of Education (ED)

As our newest Business Developer you will have the opportunity to:
• Work closely with the SRA’s strategic business units to provide strategic direction and leadership
• Develop comprehensive account plans
• Identify and qualify new business opportunities
• Develop innovative capture strategies
• Assist in the preparation of winning proposals for our government clients

You will be responsible for group and account level bid decision reviews and formalized business development process by using nimble and decisive decision making with a few key leaders within the Health or Civil Groups. And by identifying several top opportunities for SRA to target and introducing SRA’s capabilities to decision making clients you will become a recognized leader within SRA and the industry.
