Executive Job Description
SW JULES, Inc. is a National Pharmaceutical, High Tech and Executive Recruitment Corporation into our 16th year. The Business Development Executive will drive incremental revenue to
OUR CLIENTS BRAND by constructing agreements with firms in Distribution Channels. Develop new distribution relationships with major technology and marketing services firms and agencies to optimize distribution of OUR CLIENTS products and solutions in new markets. Success will be realized when the Business Development Executive has executed agreements with a majority of the top
distributors identified by OUR CLIENTS BRAND and OUR CLIENT in which incremental OUR CLIENTS BRAND revenue is recognized.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree in business, marketing, or IT and 5 years of
experience in sales, business development, strategic alliances or
partner program development
- Experience developing new markets for established products via
distribution partners
- Proven ability to build and communicate compelling joint value propositions
- Experience building Go-To-Market programs with partners
- Proven ability in driving incremental revenue
- Contract negotiation and execution skills
- Strong awareness of the direct marketing and/or marketing technology industries, including privacy, direct marketing techniques, and use of data in marketing solutions


Nice to have:

- Financial and economic value modeling experience
- Deep expertise in monetizing web-related or transactional/behavioral data types
- Strong familiarity with major firms in each identified partner category (distribution, suppliers, bi-directional partners)
- MBA and/or JD with demonstrated expertise structuring and executing complex distribution and supplier contracts
- Advanced awareness of consumer privacy issues and the proper use of consumer data in marketing applications
