Executive Job Description	I am networking with prominent professionals with the goal of obtaining candidate referrals or recommendations. Capodice & Associates has been retained to conduct a priority executive search for an experienced Director of Consumer Insights. Our client is the most pronounced leader in the Casual/Family restaurant industry. Qualified candidates will receive immediate and confidential consideration. The candidate profile is summarized as follows: TITLE: Director – Consumer Insights LOCATION: West Coast - California COMPENSATION: Base Salary + Bonus SCOPE: Provide data based insights to senior management and other members of the team. Inform strategic & tactical decisions to drive business growth. SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: Pertinent skills, traits and requirements include: • Work collaboratively with Team, third party resources, strategic partners to collect, combine, analyze and translate information. • Identify opportunities for growth and inform future decisions • Track and report on brand health with analysis • Track and report competitive activity and provide recommendations • Identify consumer driven trends and recommend opportunities. • Build systems and processes to collect, manage brand insights. • Facilitate primary research based on brand needs: Awareness tracking, Opportunity Study, Advertising copy testing, media analytics. • Food & Beverage studies • Experience with key syndicated studies (Crest, NPD, BAV, Technomic) • Must have Consumer Products background as it relates to food or restaurant.
