Executive Job Description | The search is on for a world-class Associate Partner to join a top tier Supply Chain Strategy consulting practice helping leading life science industry clients get positioned for the future.
There are more large-scale, challenging Supply Chain Strategy projects – including new and pending projects - than can be handled by the current staff. That's where you come in by taking a leaderhip role in helping clients design and implement high-performance supply chain operations that are aligned with their business objectives so they can achieve operational excellence across the enterprise.
This isn't for just anybody. A solid consulting background is needed, including time spent with a recognized, top-tier consulting firm where you have been not only delivering complex supply chain strategy engagements, but also have a successful track record of helping bring in new consulting business.
This is a highly visibility, special leadership role where your engagements typically involve technology, process and organizational change initiatives focused on quality by design, pharmaceutical product and process development, lean manufacturing, quality and regulatory, serialization, supply chain for consumer pharmaceuticals, and supply chain strategy and optimization as well as the implementation of software packages designed to help manage these processes/decisions.
Here's a summary of what you will need to land this outstanding career role.
* At least 10 years experience in strategy and solution delivery consulting (with experience in a major consultancy) in the pharmaceutical/ life sciences industry area * At least 10 years experience in quality by design, pharmaceutical product and process development, lean manufacturing, quality and regulatory, serialization, and/or supply chain for consumer pharmaceuticals * At least 10 years experience in capabilities that span key supply chain strategy initiatives * At least 10 years experience in knowledge of current and future issues facing Pharma/Life Science organizations with experience helping clients to effectively address these issues * At least 5 years experience in selling/sales leadership to senior-level pharmaceutical Research and Development client management. * Readiness to travel up to 50%; travelling 3-4 days a week, home on weekends; live near any major US airport.
