Executive Job Description | DIRECTOR of FINANCE and OPEATIONS – Capital Markets Needed!!!
Precise Resource, Inc. is a leading, privately-held Woman Business Enterprise specializing in executive search, recruiting and staff augmentation services for Fortune 100 clients across the Untied States. One of our global Fortune 50 clients is seeking a polished executive to assist and advise CFO's, COO's and their organizations in planning, managing, and improving complex business transformation projects and business processes.
Our client offers a wide range of tax, assurance, and advisory services to many of the world's larges and most prestigious companies and is searching for an individual to provide project management, strategy assistance and execution. This executive will work with capital markets clients to plan and manage complex business transformation projects and improve key investment banking and broker-dealer business processes including:
• Improving business strategy and operations as well as managing risk
• Strengthening performance management, budgeting, reporting and forecasting capabilities
• Optimizing cash flow and the use of capital
• Building and maintaining cost effective controls
• Integrating mergers and acquisitions
• Targeted cost reduction and process improvement
Requirements include:
• Bachelors degree in finance, accounting, or a business-related field
• MBA, MS, MA in a related field is a plus
• Minimum of 10 years experience in banking/capital markets, asset management and
insurance combined with:
o Previous experience in top-tier consulting, client services, project management,
business process redesign
o Previous experience in large-scale budgeting and forecasting and project leadership
o Knowledge of financial products and reporting, banking, trading operations etc
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• The ability to creatively solve problems
• Must be willing to travel
