Executive Job Description
Seeking qualified candidates for a Senior Manager — Strategic Partner Management opening to lead our Governance function.

Manage the overall performance of the sourcing relationship including: Ensuring the Supplier performs the services agreed to in the Services Agreement in a manner that is consistent with the spirit and letter of the Agreement; Facilitate Client organization’s compliance with the Agreement; Ensure timely resolution to service delivery problems and minimize the impact of service anomalies; Direct the on-going assessment and modification of the sourcing relationship. Drive continuous improvement and growth in the strategic partnership. Provide effective leadership of all supplements to the sourcing agreements and direct the development of the Sourcing Management organizational, resources, budget, policies and procedures.

• Selection of partners via RFP process
• Responsible for the overall relationship with the Supplier(s)
• Ensure the delivered service meets the strategic and tactical operational needs of the business
• Ensure that high levels of customer satisfaction are achieved
• Provides leadership to resolve escalated issues and disputes
• Ensure the terms and conditions of the Agreement are satisfied
• Monitor and track deliverables and commitments
• Ensure reasonable audibility of Supplier processes
• Oversee benchmark activities to monitor Supplier performance against industry standards
• Define and evolve governance process and establishing sustainable routines for multiple strategic partners
• Lead development of supplements to sourcing agreements

• Strong knowledge of business environment, requirements and corporate culture
• Strong inter-personal, motivation and influencing skills

• Strong written and oral communication skills

• Demonstrated competence and achievements
• Master’s degree (M.A.), or equivalent
• 5+ Years general management experience
• 3+ Years management experience within the sourced services
• 5+ Years working within the outsourced services
• 3+ Years selecting partners, establishing contracts and managing them in global Fortune 100 companies with individual contracts over $100 M
